Return-ticket to Daiba
During the past few decades, it has been observed in many industrialized societies that mankind's ability to adapt infrastructure to its needs is phenomenal. Great architecture and incredible technical developments are progressing.
During a trip to Daiba (Tokyo), I used an unmanned vehicle, sat in the front of the car and didn't hear a sound because it was moving on rubber wheels. When I witnessed this futuristic, almost unreal scenery, my imagination was suddenly activated and at that moment I wondered if this is a utopia or a visual story of an incipient dystopia. But I can hardly imagine that I, like the majority of people, would like to live in the world described by Orwell and Huxley.
That's why I prefer to interpret this futuristic, interesting and exciting scenery as a preliminary stage of a utopia.
